The attorneys at Giffin, Winning Cohen & Bodewes PC recognize that the passing of a loved one is a very difficult time.  Our attorneys should be contacted as soon as possible after a loved one passes away.  It is our goal to make the administration of the deceased person’s estate as easy as possible.  We will handle the preparation of the necessary probate documents and assist the estate representative through the probate process.  If the assets of a deceased are held in trust, we will counsel the trustee on how the trust is to be administered.  An Attorney will counsel the representative on whether estate taxes will be owed.
